I had them install a heavy full featured fan with lights in my kitchen. The technician, Austin, arrive don time and immediately assessed all installation requirements, including safety precautions. Installation was completed in what seemed to be methodical and timely manner. Furthermore, he demonstrated fan operating procedures and disposed of all debris and packing material. It is reassuring to know that we have service of this caliber locally available to us.

I have dealt with Nick and B Connected Electrical for several years when they installed my heat pump. Really good at what they do and fast. The electricity went out in our home. We checked the electrical box, my husband flipped the main switch to off but could not get it to go back to on. We tried everything but it wouldn’t budge. I was starting to panic because it was very hot out side, so no AC. I was sure we would not be able to get an electrician at all. I called Nick and he answered right away. Told him the problem, he told me I have to be aggressive with the switch and to use a 2×4 to push it.
My husband did just that ‘ it worked’ power on.
He didn’t even laugh at me. I sure appreciated the consult. Great company to deal with.
