Dimmable lighting design with recessed LED channels

We put real focus into the look and purpose of every lighting layout, and we often find less is more. On this Campbell River project we made sure the owners could drop to softer light throughout the home with extensive dimming. We also ran LED architectural channels that were mudded right into the drywall for an ultra clean, trimless finish.

Closet motion-sensor lighting

Leviton and RAB Design motion sensors on key closets, set to switch on when the door opens with a fixed two-minute timeout.

Under-cabinet and great-room lighting

GM Lighting LED tape and power supplies in Veroboard aluminum profiles and lenses. Dimming controls and switch locations at every access point: living room, stairs, deck door, and kitchen.

Switched LED night lights

Lotus LED low-level "step" night lights on their own switch, a near-standard feature on our new residential builds. Retrofittable to most existing homes.

Pot light retrofit and new recessed lighting

Lotus LED LL6R LED disc retrofitted into the existing housings, so no patch and paint. New recessed lights added in the bedroom and shower area, matched to the updated existing lights for one cohesive look.
